Hey guys, just a quick one

Those are the soils that I am looking to purchase, I was wondering whether to start off in the Light Mix soil and then once ready to transplant I will t-plant into the bat mix?
Secondly what I am looking to do is keep a few seedlings in their pots for a few weeks then t-plant them into a gallon and keep them awhile again in that stage of growth so they will become slightly rootbound but i'll trim roots etc just wondered if I did that would it be best to use light mix until I am ready to transplant into a 5 gall
Any advice, tips and comments are greatly appreciated!
