Advice on sprouting seeds outdoor

Hey guys, I'm sorry if there's an existing thread about this already but I couldn't find it.

I'm having doubts about how I should proceed with planting my seeds outdoor.
I've always grown indoor with the designated veg(24h light) and bloom(12/12 light) periods.
This time around I do not have access to a veg room/tent, but I am in a very sunny and hot location by the sea. Temperature is humid and the soil is rich.
What I am a bit unsure of, is how I should plant the seeds. Seeing that there is an average light cycle of 12/12 here all year around, would it be reasonable to plant the seeds straight into the designated soil after the seed has germed?
Won't the plants go into flowering stage immediately and thus give me short and light plants?

Thanks for your help

Equatorial areas usually have sativas as the native landrace strains. Plant your seeds indoors and then just move them outside when they are hardy enough. Diatomaceous earth mixed in well and then used as a top dressing to help keep critters at bay. They will know what to do but suggest check out some Colombian or Panamanian or Acapulco strains or crosses. Your light and environment will allow you to do what many wish for - growing out a great sativa fully without an electric bill.

Yeah sativas are the only option here, i've burnt myself before with indicas in this location. They become tiny one-buds!
I think I will just keep them outside during the day, and then keep them in a room with the lights on during the night. That way they never go to sleep and should stay in veg mode.. I'm currently planting Moby Dick and some DNA Genetics strains that have always worked for me in the past.
Thanks for your answers guys, and happy holidays!

You can leave em outside and bring supplemental lighting to them if that works where you're growing
