advice on these strains

In going to start my first grow soon and am trying to figure out which of these seed strains can handle LST or topping or fiming best out of the seeds I have.
Barney's farm red diesel
Blimburn CR+
Blimburn cream automatic
Green House AMS
Green House Arjans haze #3
White label purple bud
I'm wanting to grow out the auto flower on 18/6 to veg the 2 strains.
I'll be running 600w mph/GPS in a 10x10 room that I'm slowly turning into a grow space. I'd like to LST the non auto to keep size to a minimum though I do have 9 ft ceilings.

I'm trying to do six plants altogether. 2 cream auto along with 2 other strains.
I'll be growing in overwintered horse manure. As I get it free and it works in my garden and for psylocybes which I understand use a lot of the same nutrients. I'll definitely add perlite at probably 50% because I'll be adding nutrients anyways. Haven't decided on that yet so any advice on a good all around food for flower and veg,I know they need different notes at different times.
