advice please

i started my first grow and there three weeks in to vegg i was wondering if i can pluck the bottom leaves that are getting in the way when watering or will it shock my plant any info is appriciated

dont touch them. it will slow the plants growth some. the plant needs its food factories intact to reach optimal growth w/no slowing down cuz its gotta heal the wound and it has to take energy that woulda went into new growth to heal and it no longer has all the energy the big fan leaves would of made for it. the plant will drop them when its done with them. tie them down to the stem or a branch or something like that if you have to get them out of the way. i

if they are yellowing or dying from lack of light you can pull them. but if theyre healthy green leaves dont yank em you can start to remove when you put the plant in flower.

I myself wouldn't remove any leafs. in the time I have been growing I realized that those leafs are there for a reason. so I just let them do what they do I only remove leafs that are yellowed just go help speed up the process since the plant is getting rid of this leaf anyway. I also feel if you trim up the leafsthe plant will just growmore
