aeroponic cloning????????

i am currently trying to clone in an aeroponic cloner but am getting poor results. It is a home made cloner, 25 site i a rubbermade container. i have a temperture controlled water heater, a air pump, water pump with 8 misting heads and a cycle timer. i have a rubbermaid upside down over the top with vent holes in the top holding two 28watt floresents.
My water is well water with the ph adjusted to 5.8, two tablespoons of peroxcyde per 5 gallons of water with ppm count of 170.
i have tried water temps between 68 and 80, rght now i am trying it at 75. i have read most post about eroponic cloning and the answers are helpful but all over the map.

what is the best temperture for aeroponic cloning?

what is the best water cycle ? (if i keep the pump on 24/7 my temp clims fast and can go over 80. 1 min on/1 off keeps me around 75).

the rooting area is dark but i have been checking the bottom of the clones for roots 2 times a day. will that small amount of light impede root growth??

you are using too much light, unscrew one bulb and put the timer on 15 minutes on 15 min off. You should see roots within 10 days, some strains root within 3, but most take longer.

Hate to say this but just checked a church clone that I took this morning and already it is showing bumps......10 hours!!!!

Seriously though you may well have too much light as Japanfreak says, your conditions seem fine otherwise. i use a cheap LED panel for my clones, very little light but enough. I also dont think that 24/7 watering is that good even though most experts would argue. 15 on 15 off works for me.

I'd also say too much light. I use only one 28w flourescent. I would also recommend putting the watering on a 1on/4off timer if you have issues with pump temperatures. Aerating your reservoir can also help keep the pump heat down. I use a 4" airstone in my 18gal rubbermaid cloner. Keep your reservoir temp at or below 22 degrees C (72 F). Anything above that can encourage harmful bacteria growth. Some people say a warmer reservoir temp while cloning is a good thing, but it always leads to problems for me.

I just made a cloner, ran out of pvc pipe for the rest of the spots but its almost full. I got roots showing in 4 days, 3 days i had bumps. Jusy gell and tap water and i change water every 4 days cuz it gets warm with the pump and fogger running 24/7 im going to get a timer for the fogger for 15 on and 15 off and leave the pump on 24/7. Its a 258gph pump from harbor freight for 20 bucks lol works amazing! and the sprayers were 1.67 for 10*EDIT: iw ould get the sprinkler sparyers i got the mist ones and the dont seem to work as good* which is how many are in there and the Tupperware some how didnt get scanned threw the check out...... and the fogger i already had from some stupid fountain i got at a yard sale for 20 bucks pvc pipe was 1.50 for a 2 foot section pre cut i bought 2 so total price wasn't much pump and fogger were main part, gel was also 12 bucks so you can factor that in to i guess. Right now im using a 400w mh for light and am having no problems, its also a shitty bulb thats like a year or so old so its not that bright my light meter read somewhere around 100-200. I want to make 3 more and start selling clones so im going to make them all recirculating and a main reservoir with a temp controlled cooler then ill be rockin lol. They are actually really easy to make. i almost want to make them and sell them on ebay.....
