Afghan Kush Ryder 26 Day flowering too early?

Need advice
my plant is flower too early and too small
this is only 28 day after it pop out from seed
what should i do ? need to change cfl to warn white or when?
I grow under cfl 18/6 30 watt*2 + 25 watt*2

If its an auto flower there is absolutely nothing you can do, this is expected from autos.

day 26 its showing sex wont be flowering for a few more weks
