Afghan Kush Ryder Pack

Before you ask the answer is NO I dont have a camera to offer pics sorry. I do have a serious question for you guys though in terms of a grow problem. I've purchased afghan kush ryder seeds (world of seeds) from single seed centre several times and always grew out 3 - 4 ft. plants with the occasional 5 footer. I decided it was time to buy a full pack of the variety since it was working out well but single seed centre stopped accepting my credit card so I had to look elsewhere for my seeds. I ended up ordering a pack of afghan kush ryder seeds (world of seeds) from, I think it was royal seeds (it was a while back). I have have since grown out 8 plants from the pack.
The problem is the AKR plants I grew from the pack are all only 1 ft' tall or even a little less! Same size containers, same soil line up (ocean forest\light warrior mix) same nutes (advanced Nutrients lineup), same light, same everything! I was averaging 2 + oz. per AKR when I was getting my seeds through the single seed centre and now, with the pack I got from the other guys, everything grow out to the size of a runt that I would usually pull to put a healthier plant in it's place.
I need to order more seeds but am afraid to order AKR(world of seeds) genetics because of this problem which I think has something to do with the seed itself. Are these seeds in my pack just really old or something? Anyone seen a similar problem before???? PLEASE HELP!

I actually grew out some of that years ago. THe AKR was some stout at the time. It's kind of older tho. I got like maybe 2 oz. if memory serves correct it was a smaller like 2 foot tall plant. It was very popular at the time. 2012. Since I've moved on. I am sure I will have a new fav. The evolution of seeds and strains are like the evolution in the world of manufacturing. Things just get better all the time. I would say. Itchy be time for you to let go of the old fav and try some new stuff. You might just find a new fav. Such is the way of evolution. Might be time also, to look beyond autos nPeace and love bro.

Def not knock off seeds as they came in the original packaging from world of seeds and the bud seemed to be the same as before. As to the possible "evolution" of the strain if they began making AKR to be a smaller plant than it was wouldn't that be an all new variety (strain) all together? NOBODY seems to have the answer. I appreciate the opinions though.

It's a pretty old strain. I'm telling you had it years ago. I just can't remember what year. At that time it was some of the best smoke I ever had. Now? I don't know. Maybe I've had better. I will def vouch for WOS having some seriously good quality seeds back at that time.
