Afghan Kush Seedlings Born!!!!!!!!

I got about 21 afghan seeds in rock wool and just put them into fox farm soil today in some cup containers from the hydro shop i only have Cfls right now how long do you guys recomend me veg them for and how many clfs should i use????I know that not all 21 seeds are gonna be females how many females you guys think ill get and can i get good lighting for good healthy plants with $200 dollars thats all i got i got my grow in a closed door closet so i open the door here and there to bring in fresh air from my swamp cooler what do you guys think???

going to need a loan. youll need pots, more soil, some bloom nutrients, and at least a 400w hps setup
