After nutrient lockout question

I had a 17 day bout with lockout, it was my first experience with it and had no idea how to handle it. Always read to never put plain water through coco, that it leaches the calmag from it. So I was trying to flush with 300ppm like every where says. Calvin here suggested water flush and I was at my wits end, so I flushed water 4 times over 2 days till it got below 450ppm, and then fed the 300 and ramped up 50-100ppm a day and now they're finally eating 50- 150ppm a day and my ph is stable. My question is this lockout happened at beginning of week 5 now its week 7, should I still go to normal day or will it be extended because of lockout? I'll probably just start checking trichs at normal time. Thanks appreciate yalls help here
 
They’ll take a little longer to finish, but don’t try to run on a schedule just go til they look done.

good job on the recovery too, not as simple as it seems to find and fix problems like that.
