Have a look in Newbie Central or General growing...but I'll help, here are the basics:
18 hours of light a day for a couple months (start feeding higher nitrogen nutes a few weeks after you planted)
12 hours of light a day to bud (start feeding higher phosphorus nutes instead of high nitrogen when you flip the lights)
after 8 or so weeks flush with 3 times as much water as there is soil to get rid of nutes and choppy-chop 2 weeks later!
Have a look at these:

(ignore the info on when they're ready - get a microscope and check the colour of the trichomes...amber is body stone, clear is head rush, cloudy is somewhere in the middle. I personally like to let them get at least halfway amber before the 2 week flush)
