so, a good majority of my grow is cut and drying, but some plants went through rain this weekend and another storm is headed my way - i will cut most of what is left this week and hope for the best - but, what are some precautions i can take to prevent mold? i have just been shaking the buds to help them dry.. should they receive less heat when they are drying perhaps?

thanks!

This is a constant problem where I live and I use a hydrogen peroxide solution on my flowering girls regularly. I will enclose a link and you should try googling this subject, safe for plants when used according to directions enclosed and seems to help the plant also. For the inexpensive price it is worth looking into and trying on a plant to see for yourself, just please don't think more is better with this stuff.

Good Luck with your harvest

I live up north and have been growing outside since christ was a cowboy, I get Rain and some times snow. All I do is hung them upside down and give them a good shake after about 10 min. than have a fan blowing on them gently, that's it. I do lose a bud or two but that's mice nuts when you got 36 6 footers.

If your worried about mold you need less humidity. If you decrease the temp you will increase the humidity. Use a dehumidifier or a fan blowing to move the air around. You could increase the heat, but becareful they dont dry too fast.
