i've had similar things happen. there's a good chance the deformed leaf will only affect that node and the branch that comes out will probably be fine. i wouldn't worry about it. on the other hand the last time it happened was on a surviving twin and the entire plant was a freakshow from start to finish. it smoked fine though.
