Ahhhh! seeds in my sensi week 7.5, pull?

just found a hermie in my garden (indoor) has pollinated 2 of my girls although i only found very tiny polled sacks on the hermi kush which was only in flower for 2 weeks I've discovered two quite well developed seeds on one a blue venom and a couple on a purple haze halfway through its 7th week what should i do to be sure i cut it down at the height of its thc content im using Advanced nutrients overdrive the there final flush next week but should i hurry things along?'
I've grown before but this is my 1st encounter with the dreaded HERMIE'!!!
please if you have any advise it would be gratefully recieved
