Air circulation and vetilation

I am thinking of buying a grow tent 0.6x0.6x1.6m with 250w hps with cooltube and a 110 CFM INLINE 125mm fan and a 215 CFM EXHAUST 125mm fan. Is this setup ok? I will buy a 150mm 17w clip fan too . Is one clip fan enough for my grow tent?

the clip on fan is just one to make a breeze in the tent to help remove the IR heat from the leaf ........should be fine keep it near the intake to spread the cooler /co2 heavier air
