I have 2 80mm pc fan intake and exhaust hooked up, can the air flow in any direction or does it have to be set up a different way to circulate right?

just put the intake in the lower left and the exhaust on the upper right

Your best bet would be an exhaust fan blowing hot air out from up above,
And have a passive intake(no fan, just a small vent) down below.
