Air Flow Problems

I'm on my first grow in a home made grow tent made of PVC and wrapped with this 94% reflective stuff I found at home depot. The door is a light proof curtain that I put some of the reflective stuff on the inside of. I had just one 7" fan blowing the air above the plant, but recently it has started raining on top of the fires near where I live, and its super humid outside. Before the humidity was between 45-58%, and now, even with another fan blowing air out, the humidity wont drop below 62%. Is there a better spot to put the fans to increase the circulation and drop the humidity? I was thinking about getting a small dehumidifier for now and when I put her into flower

You're just vegging so 62% is about perfect.

I suffer from too low RH and have to raise it to get to 50% if I can get there at all so be happy!

Other than using a dehumidifier there is now way to change your RH with fans so don't bother. You can't change RH or temps by blowing more air around the space. Only changing the temp or RH of incoming air can you affect the grow room conditions.

Research climate control of grow rooms to help you figure it all out. It can be quite complex and more than I care to explain in one post.

Lol I have been growing for over 10 years indoors and I have never once worried about humidity

And I live in the tropics weres its 100% humidity

Have you ever had to worry about bud rot or mold or anything like that? Thats pretty rad!!

Thats because in the tropics it is also very hot, too hot to reach dew point. Mold is created by having high humidity and cold tempurature to the point where condensation occurs (dew)
