I pulled it out a couple of days ago, it hadn't changed any but it was putting out roots.
It turns out the mother isn't quite a keeper lol

Try 24 hr light, might take months.
I use 24hrs for the stable environment during the colder months, I've still got a couple of root balls I'm trying to revege under 4x T5s 24hrs it's been about 2 weeks now but I can't see any changes.

They're not vitally important I cloned them in the 4th week of flower but the lights on anyway and it's always good to learn when your not banking on it.
Where I cut the branches are still dripping so I know they're still alive lol.

I like to clone no later than week 2 of transition, if i wait l find they take forever to grow. Mind they do get branchy.

Yes I agree with what you're saying but the rooting slowly and being branchy can be a good thing, if I take clones of potential mothers I don't want them to root and grow quickly, I want to flower dry and taste the mother while the clones are still in one litre pots and only just starting to grow normal veg.
Looking after two lots of plants is a young man's game and I don't fit that description anymore lol, I need to scale back tbh.

Isnt air layering on a plant thats still alive? What you did is just cut a clone.Revegging the original plant would have worked better.

It was air layered week 7 and cut off week 9 and planted?
I'm not sure what mean by still alive?

I've got clones and I'm re vegging the root balls so I'll get the chance to see 1st hand.

I've got some left on the plant and I'm re vegging it, it was an afterthought and I'd already removed the the lower growth, however it put out small suckers but they turned into bud so I'm unsure how they'll go, I've also kept two root balls with 2 of tiniest veg suckers just to see if it's possible to revive them... as I say the lights on anyway and they're not in the way lol.
