Air pots ant dtw question

Just been toying with the idea of using air pots, and I'm curious how do you guys dtw?
I'm assuming you can't just just a hose from the bottom into a waste tub like with a normal pot.
Do you just run them on a flood table or something to catch the waste?

Yeah I use a flood table on top of tables pitched down to a drain, catching runoff in a bucket. I use the floraflex system with a submersible pump on a timer that can go down to seconds

Obviously not air pots but system would be the same regardless of pot choice.

Auto irrigation
Large garland tray
bulkhead
Small table
Washing up bowl (10Litres etc)

I use fabric pots, was an outside grower, just 7 weeks ago bought a tent, lights etc.
When I have to water, I move the whole plant into my shower add flood it, then let the access run off for an hour, before moving back to the tent. I have only ever used fabric pots...!

Use something under the pot to lift it up so that you can collect runoff without the need to remove the plants.

if you’re dealing with a 3ft tall plant that’s 3ft wide you could do some serious damage carrying it back and forth.

Air pots in a flood table than drains into a sump pump. Currently the waste is just pumped into a 5 gallon bucket. Think I should pump it outside to a collection bin for use on outdoor plants.

Normal trays work fine don't overthink it. Just they need to obviously be bigger than the pot and deep enough to hold the water until you can discard of it.

The bottom of air pots sit about 1" from the floor 2" or 3"up if you wish the bottom fits into the knuckles on the pot.

Auto feeder, let the run off drain into a sloped tray, piece of capillary matt to collect it.

I could drill it but then I'd risk flooding the way it is the trays holds more than the reservoir so worst case is only emptying the tray.

Here is my DTW setup I run 4 plants and get 17-24 oz per plant in A 5x5 tent with SF4000 and SP250 lights,I’m in fabric pots and coco/perlite 60/40% feed twice a day in veg and 3x a day in flower. The trays are double stacked and you can go to cocoforcannabis.org and I have exact setup which A 1” pipe taking waste back to Rez.

Always lots of air going into tent 2 4” AC Infinity in and A 6” AC Infinity with controller going out with temp and humidity settings. Using Remo nutes and it’s all automated with timers so all I do is fill Rez add nutes and PH. GOOD FOR A WEEK!

How come you didn't wait for the plants to be ripe before harvesting?

Oh I did this was my last grow had 21.77% CBD in my Candida with .28% THC AND 28.34 THC in my Gorilla Glue. I just grow for CBD and health dept is wondering where I got my strain. They have never seen it this high in CBD

I didn't see a single orange pistil in the photos. Looks like they were at like week 6 of flower. Maybe it was just the photos. Was just going to say you could have gotten them to swell and got a better result if you waited a little longer.

That was 14 days prior to harvest the CBD ive been testing 2 years and it’s 71 days for the best potency I don’t care what anyone says. That’s how I get the best CBD around. Been on opioids for ten years and finally I’m down to a 16th of when I started. Want to ditch them altogether.
