Air Pump Won't Work

Got an Ecoplus Air Pump that I used for maybe a month. I then had to move and after a few months, I have my setup going again. Brought out the air pump to oxygenate my res. and the thing doesn't work. The motor runs fine, just like it did out of the box, and when I took it apart everything looked intact like it was brand new...it just doesn't pump any air. WTF? Even though they're cheap, I'd rather not have to buy a whole new pump...the thing's brand new! I checked with/without tubing, just to see...neither worked. If anyone would be able to help it'd be greatly appreciated.

if it aint blowing air it's deffo broke dude :( you still got recipt or where it come from might take it back or swop it?
if not ull have to bite the bullit i had one broke on me befor just stopped pumping air just threw it and brough new one i now have one with 2 outlets :P

Yea, I mean I understand it's broken. I just don't understand wtf is wrong with the thing. It's got two parts, the motor and some rubber piece that creates the airflow. The motor runs like it's brand new, and the rubber piece doesn't have any visible defects. Just hate to toss a perfectly good motor if it's a quick fix. If these things just shit on you after a month of use, I'm sure as hell not buying another one. It's got a one year warranty but it'll prob. cost as much or more than the pump itself just to ship it back, then prob. a month or more wait. Fuck all that noise.

Got it working again. Took it apart and fiddled with the rubber piece a bit and put back together...works just like it did before.
