Airflow and filters

Alright so I’ve got a room in my basement I’m in the process of setting up currently for a perpetual grow. I’m trying to figure out the best way to run my ventilation to keep all the girls happy in flower and veg.

The room is roughly 12x11 with two windows and one air duct from the furnace going into the room. Ive got a 4x8 veg tent set up with a mars ii 1200 and a custom cob lighting that up for now. The temp in the room is anywhere from 65-76 depending on the time of day due to the furnace running for the remainder of the house. Temps in the tent can get a bit hot at times so I currently have a 6” exhaust fan with filter hung in the tent and exhausting out the window. My question is what is the best way to regulate the rooms airflow and temp coming into the winter months? Options I see currently are;

1) leave the room getting whatever air from the vent and through under the door, intake air from the flower room to the veg tent and exhaust through the filter to outside

2) cut a hole in the drywall and I take air from the other room into the veg tent via ducting, exhaust the veg tent into the flower room with 4” fan, and exhaust the flower room through a filter to outside

I’ve currently got a 4” and 6” fan w ducting and a 6” filter to go with the bigger fan. I’d like to avoid buying more supplies at the time but I’m not opposed. I can draw a diagram of the room or take pics later if they would be helpful

Ive done all them before, can you get the intake from your house were its right temp.? Go with 2
So the room they’re in has the vent but the room next to it is the laundry room itself which has the furnace so there’s no actual heat vents in there so it stays ambient with the rest of the house/maybe a little cooler

Well when you start sucking air out of there it's gonna be replaced with air from somewhere will that cause the temp to rise.

I would either put some kind of ventilation in the laundry room or drill through to the outside.
The plan for now is to intake from laundry room to veg tent via ducting (passive) and veg tent to the rest of the room (4” fan no filter) and then exhaust with a 6” fan through a filter to outside. If I intake air directly from outside I feel like I’ll need to be running an extra Heater in that room all winter, it can get cold in colorado

So I did as you said with the open window. 6 in duct fan with an inkbird controller. When the room outside the grow hits 85 it pulls cold air from outside thus cooling the entire building which in return cools the 2 grow rooms.
