Alaska Outdoor grow

Hello to all and I hope you all had an excellent 420, I know I did! This is an Alaskan outdoor grow of 20+ autoflowering strains along with a few freebee photoperiods.
I have grown 2 seasons here in Alaska and one in southern california, all outdoor. My first crop several years ago was eaten by rabbits around 2 weeks intoflowering, leaving me with a male and a female nice sized Russian Rocket fuels which were later on ripped. Second year I successfully harvested about an oz of AKR and aboout 2vfrom 10 regular Jet47 strains. shitty weed.
This years strains
10x SS Onyx
1x WOS Afghan Kush ryder
1x WOS Northern lights xbig bud auto
All ordered 4/21
10x Iranian Auto Flower will be ordered shortly.

Any advice on the first starter soil? will be directly planting into 2.5quart pots until plants show sex then to 5 gallon pots.
Will start for first 2 weeks in Greenhouse.
Nutrients? I have previously used superbloom for flowering, liked it
Would love a good nitrogen rich nutrient I could use for autoflowers.

sounds like a good lineup..
The soil im running is FFOF 2 bags to 1 bag Promix HP.. added garden lime and miracle grow water crystals.. start the plants in just promix.
earthworm castings for nitrogen during veg and jacks classic 20-20-20 during flowering.. very cheap quality fertilizers.

if you have a little more to spend get some root stimulator..

don't forget to dig holes to submerge your 5 gallon pots..

Thanks man! Ill make a run to our local garden supplies store. Also checkout Walmart and lowes. Question, Why dig holes for pots? Keepthe roots warmer?Or what. Because i feel that black pots sitting in the sun should warm up quite nicely.

WIll start seeds in paper towel method here pretty soon and start all seeds directly into 2.5 qt pots..=

You're lucky man. I ordered from dr gt a couple years ago. Same method as you. Still haven't received the seeds. And they don't offer a guarantee.... Lucky!

try some aurora indica. from nirvana. its a short season plant, and is potent. indoors for me is like 60 days. im in a state just below you, and have two in the ground now. one, right out of a five gallon pot, after 60 days.... they other a peep sqweak from a 4" pot; and now i think i will put in a white russian, and a hercules. i am not familiar with your streins, but look forward to hearing from your success.

I have always used mushroom compost from AK mill and feed for my potting soil. This year I'm trying a batch of subcools super soil for half, since people give it good reviews. I start in 2 gal pots, the re plant in raised flower beds once they reach around 18-20". It's always worked well for me.

Im starting them in promix mixed with alot of perlite and blood meal? If I am right its blood and not bone meal that is nitrogen based? sound good?

All but 3 of the seedlings are showing first set of leaves. Beautiful day yesterday, somewhat overcast today with 65-70s F for the next week. Currently getting 22 hours of sunlight.
