if i wanted to put in some peroxsied what kind and how much per litre do i use

If you use drugstore peroxide, which is 3 percent, mix at 15-20 ml/liter.

FYI - a tablespoon is 15 ml.

and how often do i do this and while its running so far ive been changeing the resoiver 1st a week how often do i do the h2o2 and how often do i change the resiour im useing dnf gro a and b

Al B Fuct has a post that describes how he uses h2o2. It was pretty complete and I think potroast backed all of it up. You may want to check out that thread. May have been how to get a harvest every two weeks. VV

do i add that much h202 3 persent everyday????????
