2000 watts. 7ftX9ft room. should I be wearing a welders shield, when I'm tending to my girls? ok maybe not a welders shield, but how about my Oakleys?

Yea probably sound advice, I wear shades and I only have a 600w. Just because it doesn't "Hurt" your eyes doesn't mean the UV rays are not damaging.

Welders goggles can be had on ebay for around 15 bucks shipped. Block uv and no leaks. Wrap around quality shades like Oakley are good too.

Every light has its wavelength.And it has different use for our eye.Maybe we can have a test for every light for our eye.
