almost done yet?

It's hard to tell if you can't look at the trichomes.
I'm going with the majority, another week at least maybe two.
The only way to really tell is if you get a loop and check the color of your trichomes.
Nothing is as disappointing as going all the way through a grow and harvesting early. Only knowing how much better you could have done, with one more week, after you smoke and weigh it.
One more week is a small price to pay and another small price to pay is the $10 for a 40x loop to be dead positive when it's ready to harvest.
Good Luck.

thing is, i have a good 10x loupe, and i hear the cheap 40-60x only equate to a 10-20x..so i dont wanna buy one just to have the same view, feel me?

i see no ambers on either plant yet..which is real upsetting. last time i fed was monday, and i started filtered water a couple nights ago in hopes of harvesting soon.

i dont get why a plant will be stronger as its dying off, instead of when its young and in its sexual prime?

You've got at least two weeks left, but for properly mature plants, looks closer to about four weeks. If the breeder suggests 9-10 weeks, you can bet it's going to be at least eleven or twelve, possibly more. Patience is key towards the end of the cycle and also at harvest. A mature plant, properly harvested and cured will be your reward, but you REALLY need to have patience for the next few weeks, or even months, if you plan on a good cure. Those flowers are going to start fattening more and more, almost by the day. This is where a lot of growers mess up, cutting early because they look good, smell great, and they just want something to smoke. Now is not the time to jump the gun. Wait it out, looks like they'll be worth it.

What Iv been thinking for a while now.

Hey killachris, I would say you still have another 1.5 weeks left.

hey whodatnation, whatup?

you think that much longer, even with all the fan leaves dying off so heavy? i fed last monday (when i started thread), and i dont think ill be feeding again. i began to flush by giving pure water.

Yes another week will mature the plant completely, and further flush any trace nutrients. As others have said, wait for amber trichs. In the future add 2 weeks at least to whatever amount of weeks they say the strain will finish. 8=10 10=12 and so on....

I highly doubt it. Look into ONA gel.
you are much to concerned with the calendar and not the progress of your plants... checking the trichomes will give you a better assessment of when its time as so many people have been telling you milky is peak potency and the closer to amber you get the closer you are to a couch lock stone . Also I recommend keeping you temps under 85 for better bud density, higher temps means airy buds... hope this helps! good harvesting :)

thanks, the heat is causing some sativa to come out and also some foxtailing as you can see. do you think the heat effects the amount of trichomes and/or potency directly?

im gonna check trichs now..havent in some time.

Heat is more likely to affect calyx development and bud density above resin production( as in it will be there just not necessarily as potent) I would recommend bringing down temps to less than 85. I usually run 76-80 during the day and about 68 at night giving them the opportunity to bring out some color :)
