Altitude Vs Bud???

Does the altitude of where you are affect your "high"? I live about a mile above sea level. Recently had to travel for work to a little over two miles above sea level. Smoked the same stuff here and there. Here I smoke a lot and get decent buzz, up there I smoked 1 bowl and was hammered. Just wondered anyone elses opinion, Happy Tokin

interesting, i would assume that the oxygen levels would be different not by a great deal but perhaps the when you smoke in less oxygen saturated air you get more smashed?

i know what you are talking about, i am in a big city center for five months of the year and a mile from the sea for the rest and without even smoking a spliff when you go from one to the other the whole air and the atmosphere changes that much that it makes you feel a bit weird at first but you get used to it after a bit, when i smoke by the sea it messes my head about because i'm feeling like i should be in a city....for the wankers that are reading this that shouldn't be, it was not me sleeping with your mother.
