Am I calculating N-P-K correctly?

So, you just add the weight of each element you have together, and divide by the weight of the water?

calculate anything you want, I start by following the directions on the fertilizer, like 2-3 teaspoons per gallon for example

I understand the amount has to do with ppm so I guess the water doesn't matter as long as the ppm is about right.. but for veg when i want something like 4-2-1.. But for flower if I wanted a 1-3-3 should I cut the N or just add extra P,K and keep the N the same.. Guess I understand each plant isnt the same.. and If I would follow all the nutes instructions I have Id have way too many.. I have 3 bat guano's, sea bird guano, kelp meal, bone meal, blood meal, as my main feeds.

Ive grown once before and it worked out fine but feel I could learn more about how the plant and nutes work and know the numbers 50-150-150 is the same as 1-3-3 so I guess I have the answer to my question as it doesn't matter because the nitrogen content would be the same it would only be more concentrated?? Only other problem I have going on in my head is the ppm which for DWC they say 1200 and never go above 1500 ppm should I follow those guides for soil or dont have to worry as much about ppm as ph as soil will filter and hold the nutes..
