Am I drying my buds right? (Help asap please!)

Put them in my other rooms closet and tied string to every single stem individually that i was hangin and hung them all on a bar in my other room closet. I have a fan blowing on them lightly and the window open and its super windy outside. So I dont think its moist at all in that room or the closet. I didnt get as good as a harvest as expected the last thing I need now is mold issues. Please help? Also in your opinion about how long should I have them hung up? I have a fan going on them pretty nicely its on medium its a regular room fan from like walmart or some shit. if needed i can take a pic. just imagine a closet with a bunch of buds hanging from strings and a fan blowing on them with a mild strength (trying not to dry them TO fast and lose all my smell)

don't blow air on them, just have air circulating in closet, hang them until outside feels crispy.

aim fan toward floor of closet. you just want the gentlest of air movements.
