am i growing weed right

i started 4 white russian sagarmatha seed in a dresser with a 250watt hps and 2 cftls.
i grew them in there till i saw hairs and then i put them in a bigger box with a 400 watt sodium vapor and the plants are a foot tall with hairs. it has ben 2 and a half weeks since i saw hairs and no buds yet why?

and i ph my water and give it ff nutes every other watering. and the light is like a foot away from the plants is that to close for a 400 watter. the tipps of the leaves on the top of the plant are tering yelllow just the tipy tips. so help me out please.

and the lights are at 18\6 i didnt change the lights to 12 and 12 cuz its a auto flowering plant so u dont have to. right?

its not really too close but check what the temps are and what the humidity is like. also the longer you leave them in veg the igger they will be in flower. just because a plant shows its sex doesnt mean its going into flower, it can take a good while for the actual flowering to start, you do have the lights on 12/12 now dont you? its the change of light schedule that tells them to flower, not the showing of hairs

so i dont have to change the light right and it has ben like 7 weeks since seed and it said that the seeds are 10 weeks to harvest so that meens that i am going to flower for 3 weeks? that dont make sence.

autos are a mix between ruderalis and more potent strains (that are 12/12)

sometimes its to be expected that a 12/12er shows up.

is it still growing ? still gaining in height and new leaves? if so, then its probably going to need 12/12 to flower properly.

really thats stupid like it started to flower and then it just stoped flowering is it cuz i changed to a biger light or somtyhing

ya it is still growing it has ben 2 and half weeks since i saw pistils some one told me it takes time sometimes just wait.

put it on 12/12. (plants that are mature often show a pistil or 2 at nodes, but its not true flowering)
