AM I LEgit to GROW????!!!

My situation is living with mom,little brother, and her worried bf.
I am growing 11 un-buded plants
Myself and him have the legit medical marijuana papers, therefore the law states that we may each grow 12 imm. 6 matur. plants right? in the state of CA, sacramento is letting patients grow for their medicine use right? Well the problem is that mother and the bf worry that the police/feds may come in find out that the electricity is too much or something. See the grow and take me to jail thus asking me why i have so much growing? and that my little brother may be taken away from mom for the situation that he is around. th bf calls it "endarging the kid"
myself, my gf. and my moms bf. all have legit mmj papers. are we allowed to grow?

Sounds like it, I live in cali and I know that if you have a card you can legally grow for personal use and in some parts to even sell to other prop 215 patients. Im not sure about how many you can grow. Personally if I was that worried about it I would check with local law enforcement, it cant hurt to ask.

They cannot get you for electricity. I mean that much power isn't going to raise a flag, so what you got a new tv? Also as long as you keep the kid from having access to it you will be fine as long as you do not smoke around him. My best advice is don't let anybody know keep it stealth and don't even let the kid know. Best of luck and happy growing

man yoy guys are lifesavers. yes appreciate it, thats what i tell him, but i guess he being a bitch so that he doesnt have to pay anything for the plants.
yes the kid didnt even know what that is or is going on with the grow.
is there a website where i can show this guy that it is legal and that the kid wont be taken away!!

The FEDs can still come get you, but there are a few things you can do to help keep this from happening.

#1 dont tell anyone that you are growing
#2 keep the grow room locked at all times
#3 dont worry

Around xmas time, what do you think power spikes are like? How about after xmas when people are playing with the new tv or video game or oven or washer or dryer or hot tub? The electric bill bust is an old urban legend that is total bullshit. It was dirrived from the fact that if power is being stolen, the electric company will know because X amount of electricity is being used, but only X amount is being paid for. They then investegate. If you pay your bill, they dont give a flying fuck how much you use for the most part. Now if you are drawing 10000 extra watts per hour 24/7, they may send someone over just to read the meter to make sure that there isnt a malfuction.
