Am I ready for harvest?

These two plants are about 2-3 months into flowering and I need the space they are in to start some new seedlings. The buds haven't changed much in the past few weeks and most of the hairs are brownish-orange.

I know these are bad camera phone pics but can anyone tell if they're ready to harvest?

To be sure you need to see the trichomes under a 60x - 100x magnifying scope. Download the Harvest and Curing chapter of Weed Science for pictures of trichomes at various stages of ripeness and advice on harvest timing.

They don't have FtDTL... (I can't remember your screen name, sorry) 's holistic ripeness look:

- Look like they're sprinkled in fine sand.
- Calyx swelling and looking like they're going to burst.

I'd say another week or two, but you have to go by trichome colour - that is your only control of the cannabinoid mix in the trichomes.

I'd say 2-and-a-half to 3 months max for any plant personally
