am i screwed?

i was under the gun with the recent harvest, I left the lights off for two days then cut the girls down. Thye werent able to get hung and dried, i currently have the buds chilling in shoe boxes. am i screwed? are my buds going to mold? what can i do?

I would take them all out and examine them closely and hang the ones that look ok. If you leave them in the shoebox all wet like you are doing, they will absolutely get moldy and be worthless.

they arent super wet, they are a little moist

yeah hang them up as soon as u can.

you need to hang those babies if you must keep them in the box wrap them in newspaper and add a silica bag to the box but really they should be hung

If the inside of the shoe box is normal, cardboard type paper, you have no worries. That suff is super absorbant and should suck the moisture right out of your bud. If it is printed, sort of glossy on the interior of the box, you probably want to take it out and hang it. Shoe boxes are nowhere near airtight, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you have high humidity where you are.
