Am I using good nutes?

Okay so I have Vigoro powder that i mix in the water.
24-18-16.
I also have greenlight liquid that also goes in the water.
5-15-5.
Which one is better to use if I should use it all?

If it helps I'm using soil and 4x26w CFL's. So about 130 watts all around.

I would use the first listed (vigoro) but get you some microbes (Quantum Growth) to add to your mix. It will utilize the nutrients much better and get them to the plant or plants much quicker and at an approiate rate, as the plant needs them. The microbes in Quantum Growth create the sugar the plant needs ten times faster than the plant can itself and that gets nutrients to the plant quicker. Give it a try.
