Amateur's first grow ... needs help!

Hey guys its my first growing some of my own! so would appreciate some help.
im trying to grow Northern Light XXX , on the seeds package it's written that it should
take 2 month for the plant to harvest. So i just planted the hatched seeds yesterday, should be expecting it to reach 3 leaf stage in about a week or so , in the mean time while the seed is still under the soil (no sprout yet) should i keep lighting 18/6 ??
and how/when do i know its flowering time and switch to 12/12 lighting?

Thanks for ur help guys , but i keep reading contradictory things on the net , so could u use a lot of help here!!

Puff Puff Peace!

Just give the plant time, if you look after her she will grow fine. You can veg for as long as you want, if you've got loads of space to grow veg for anything of 6 weeks but if your restricted i'd only do it for 3-4 weeks, the longer you veg the more you should yield.
I keep my lights on 24/7 from seed till when i flower. You should start to flower when your plant is at the right size for you, but be careful cause plants can triple in size when switched to 12/12

Good luch

I hope you realize itr's two months for it to flower not from the time you dropped the seed in the ground.
You don't need ANY light for seeds to sprout, after they do its 18/6, 20/4 or 24/0 they all work.
You start flowering when your plants are about 1/4 the max height you want them to reach. Depending on your light strength that could be quite small.
