That might sound good today. But its completely historically overblown.
Of course the fact that it could occur and there was nothing to stop it from occuring was why slavery was evil and had to end.
A slave who tried to escape had to be made example of. A slave who bucked up had to be made an example of. The reason for this is their value. If they were not valuable it wouldn't have mattered.
Yeah families were split up. Slaves were denied human dignity. But the start of my comparison was to poor recent Irish immigrants. The master of a 20 year old slave cared more for the well being of that slave than the contractor in charge of the Erie Canal cared for the 20 year old Irish immigrant who was working there.
It's not that I ignore facts like those. Its just that the facts are on my side here and not yours.

The vast majority kept them.

What happened to the native Americans wasn't a genocide. It was epidemic disease. Natural causes. And I'm cool with it and so are you because we would all pick this outcome we have today over the alternative. We have to be cool with it.
Andrew Jackson didnt commit the genocide. He was a military commander, governor and president. He did do bad things to the Indians... But so what? Indians did bad things to Americans.

It was not just diseases that killed off the Native Americans it was the way of the Europeans they did not trade they took, killed, raped and slaved the Native Americans.
Also America would be just fine if majority where Native Americans they ain't the ones who started the drug war that was a European. But I'm part Native so I don't give a fuck about white power beliefs if white people only traded America would be very wealthy probably more so than the middle east which is loaded with money. Plus we would have weed if traded and no controlled substance act.

I'm saying in the early 19th century slaves were very expensive and Irish immigrants didn't need to be bought. They could be paid a pathetic wage and sent into dangerous jobs. If they died there was no loss of investment like there would be for a slave.
