I've got some El Aquimista sugar trim that's really frosty and potent that I'm looking to make my first batch of brownies with.
I've heard of people usually using anywhere from 10-14gs of sugar trim for 2/3 cup of vegetable oil but the mix I'm using calls for 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, also along with 1/4 cup of water and 1 egg.
Do I use the same amount (10-14gs) for 1/3 cup? I'm also going to be decarbing the trim in the oven at 250 F and adding a tablespoon of soy lecithin.
I forgot to mention I'm also adding 20gs of stems too!
