AN overdrive

Should i pick up a bottle of over drive?

Im currently on the 4th week of flowering and have been using big bud and carbo load

but was thinking of picking up some over drive?

is there a cheaper and better alternative to overdrive? or should i just stick with it as im already using AN products

I love overdrive. I have used cha ching, H16 Fire, H&G Shooting Powder, and a few other products that are not worth remembering. It's a toss up for me between Shooting Powder and Overdrive, but overdrive is cheaper per serving. Overdrive and shooting powder are probably the only two products that I could attribute to increasing my yield by themselves.

i dont want a shit storm lol, just some solid recommendation

was just thinking about the overdrive powder , im already using some AN products might as well keep it the same

next grow ill be using nectar for the gods ( got the entire line up as a free sample )

who makes shooting star ?

just made an order for final flush and over drive - only 250 ml each - only got about 8 plants

and with shipping only 25 bucks

no point in buying a ton, when im switching nutes next grow

how much should i mix per gallon? instructions say 2ml/L - should i just stick to that?

was just wondering how carbo load is labeled? for instance shooting powder (which is super awesome) is considered a ripener.

Yes full strength, it doesnt really spike your ppms like big bud or kushie kush will. I have never had any burn issues with it. That's me though, it wont hurt to play it safe the first feeding and go half and then full the next feeding.

you actually purchased the kushie kush? why? every time i go into the garden store its like the inside joke.

Shooting powder is mostly a potassium supplement as is Overdrive.

Here is the label for my Carbo Load powder. It is just a carb supplement with multiple forms of carbs. I am almost out though and will be switching to Aphrodite from NFTG.

im using 3 parts

then the old guy at grow store close to me gave me

carbo load big bud and bud blood

and now im adding over drive and final flush

this should be enough for decent results?

( sadly i dont think my outdoor plants will finish )

It's the same thing as Big Bud but more concentrated and no potassium sulfate. I use half strength rather than full strength of Big Bud.

i dont really get the ppm thing, this is kinda of a practice grow since its my first grow im actually trying new things

should i pick up a ppm meter? i have a little bit of burn on some plants but nothing bad, im actually surprised on how well my plants have turned out

of course i had some help from the community

Not needed but helps me keep track so I can tailor my nutrient regimen. I check ppm every feeding for new strains and push it up until i get a little tip burn, then I scale it back a little and know not to go above that mark during that phase of growth.

if got 6 nice clones here 3 white widow x big bug and 3 dutch treats

gunna veg them for 2 more weeks before flowering

anything i should add to my an line up ?

3 parts
big bud
bud blood
carbo load
over drive
final flush

or will this be fine?
im always up for adding something thats gunna make everything better in the end?

Well it force feeds my plants sugar so I get bigger yields and and my buds taste better ;)

Don't assume to think I don't know what these products do because I use water bottles. It feeds the microbe life and that's it. There are smaller chains of carbs in there that microbes can break down easier compared to the long chains found in molasses.

Right on.

The logical follow up to that is this: Do you feel that the microbes that are (perhaps) present in your medium are either a) alive, b) not dormant, or c) effectively able to process this carbo load after the onslaught of salts that you have been dumping on them for x weeks?

IOW, you're buying a product intended for a microbial population that has been decimated by your use of petro-chemical products. Waste of money

Have you not seen my journal. I inoculate weekly. I fully understand the effects of synthetics on microbes, and do my best to limit edta and nitrates.
