Another new problem and new adventure!

I’ve been growing for 1 year now and I’m still learning a lot!
I’ve done various training techniques.
I’ve grown both outdoors and indoors.
I’ve dealt with male plants that I wanted to flower.
I’ve dealt with nutrient lock out due to too many nutrients.
I’ve dealt with nutrient deficiency due to not enough nutrients.
I’ve dealt with caterpillars.
I’m dealing with powdery mildew (mold).
Now, I’m on to my next adventure and I need some help. After taking a close look at my plants and some online research, I think have Thrips!
I didn’t know Thrips existed until today. They must have been here for a while because I’m pretty sure they’ve had babies. I’d love some advice on how to get rid of these pests if possible. I’m about 5-6 weeks into flower and have 3-4 weeks to go. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm using a fungicide/insecticide called Dr Zymes Eliminator, it eats through powdery mildew and it's suppose to do the same for most bugs. It's very strong and will burn leaves if used too frequently.

Is it safe to use on flowers?

Isopropyl alcohol @35% with potassium bicarbonate works very well. And it can be sprayed on flowers.
