Micheal Angelo would suffer from severe cramping in his arms and hands,do to major depression,i guess smoking Indicas does help seeing as i dont feel much of anything anymore.

I have been diagnosed with acute anxiety. At times, my hands and feet go completely numb and I can feel the tension in my chest and arms. When I first experienced it, I was hospitalized with a suspected stroke or heart attack. It can get that bad... I refuse to take anti-psychotics that were prescribed for me, because of my drastic personality changes. I like a heavy indica high. It totally relaxes me and the tension melts away.

yeah i love getting that feeling of relief. lately though i havent really been able to get relief from smoking cuz im only smokin regs and the last 4 or 5 days havent smoked but maybe a bowl a day. if that. so over the last two days and today especially the tension has been so bad i feel it in my neck shoulders and arms the strongest but i feel it all over my body now and ive lost 40 lbs since my sister died. i was talkin to my wife about gettin me medical treatment as finding time to smoke has been getting harder as i been staying busy. so yeah maybe its time for a check up.

i have this. my hands and feet always go numb and its bad during the winter. i feel it in my chest, shoulders, neck and back. i guess i should get this checked, but dont really know how.

smoking alwys helped but since there's not a lot of bud here and it's super expensive, i feel it a lot. it sucks.

yea lately its been bad. usually i have a way to relieve the tension im feeling by smoking or meditation (which sounds weird but works well for headaches) or going fishing will relax me most the times. but for the last month or two i felt it pick up a couple notches in severity. it sux. lately ive been feeling it in my arms and shoulders and legs the worst. i always feel it it my legs since i can remember. but my neck feels the most tense. so yeah i feel like its affecting my posture or something really discomfortable feeling. regardless maybe a dr is best at this point as i dont think smokin can handle this all by itself unless i get comatosing shit ha lol

man, i didn't know a bunch of others get this too. i feel just like you do. it's so bad that i can't think straight when i'm like this. i don'tw ant to move, i dont' want to do anything. i can't think straight or proper. really hot showers work but work temporarily. idk how to fix this. weed just helps. i used to stay high 24/7 and i would have no problems.. my posture is bad, my body feels weak. my neck, shoulders arms and legs really are annoying. i can't breathe properly either. winter time is the worst for me

Sometimes during mood swings, I'd get palpitations in the chest, then tension in the arm. (right side)
Haven't had that problem lately, smoking bud helps a lot, if not eliminates the problem , although having the right kind (mostly sativa) is better but tougher to find.

The strain that helped me the most was Jack Herer.

yeah the rls and the tension seems to favor the right side of my body. ive always wondered why? one time it was so bad i thought i was having a heart attack my chest was all tight and i had to raise my arms (mainly my right) over my head to stretch it out but it just happened once. but in general it favors my right side and i thought it was kinda weird

I get it in my legs too...at the same time every night lately. I took myself off several medications in the last year and its alot worse now...it seems like if I'm active in the evening I don't get it so bad...
it's not enough to just have panic attacks...now my legs have their own version ...I smoke to much for any 1 strain to magicaly fix it...but if i don't smoke for a few hours and then smoke a fatty around 7pm it seems to be helping a bit

yeah my rls and tension is a 24/7 thing. i wake up in the morning bouncing my right leg. then i stay active at work all day and when i come home depending on what kind of environment i come home to determines how it acts once i slow down. usually at night and the afternoons it gets bad enough to want to shake both legs though
