I know there is the $50 off one on there page, was wondering if there was any others anyone knows of? Maybe one for RIU members? -Also can you stack discounts? or only use one?

But ya just ask, says on their site you can get a discount for a journal but they like you to have a few grows under you belt and been here a little while so they know you will finish it. No offence meant by that but you could always ask and see if they would not be opened to the idea.

I'm curious if he'll develop better customer service skills instead of thinking that everyone buying lights is a highschool stoner lol idk if he has someone reply for him or not, either way, he flat out ignored a couple of my emails for 2 days until i sent another. He replied, but still ignored my last 2. all this hassle for $25 extra off on the $50. Dont get me wrong I appreciate it and will take it, but he's saying he cant give me the code unless i tell him exactly how many of what panel im getting so he can generate it for that. But the dude takes a whole day to reply. I couldve ordered days ago.
lmao already contemplated that. Except he knows people want his lights. And my girls want them, and apache makes too big/expensive of panels.(no debate on apache price quality blah blah) It reminds me of the guy who had the best weed, but was late all the time, awful cust service, but knew ppl would still want his weed lol Cant change everybody, and i highly doubt my little "boycott" will drive his profits down far enough that theyre even noticed. rant over lolThen don't buy from him.......simple fix

The issues is that the companies email gets bombarded with hundreds of emails a day from Chinese LED manufactures that want A51's business.
Because of this, many of our customer emails get lost in the shuffle, even my own.
Jeff has addressed this issue before, but it's been a while, so I thought I'd fill you in.

My opinion about his customer service still stands more than ever and PSU's comment strengthens it. lol Don't know any businesses that ATTACK their customers for the feedback given.You know that EH can get cranky at times?.....you keep asking him for a discount, you might end up with zero panels sold to you .....just an fyi
