ok so i just harvested these two silver haze plants..
i need to know if i should start over from seed or
if they have a chance of revegging..

btw a day ago i switched my light to 24 hours

Well if theres no foliage left, you probably aren't going to be able to re-veg.

Your first photo's plant might reveg; heavy on the "might" though. Not much foliage left. If you've got the room, then go for it. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Make sure you feed with a high N food, or revegging is unlikely with our without sufficient foliage.
