Hey, I'm a first time grower, with a..."decent" budget. I've been looking at DIY boxes, and I intend to make one. The particular design is question calls for a powerbar with a couple lightbulb/outlet adaptors and 24W flourescent lights, like the energy saving ones. Will they work? I've asked people I know but noone can give me a straight answer 
and my seeds are just fresh out of the germination process...
