Any hope for my plant?

it was perfectly fine, my roots were browning so i cut some of them off (they were getting whit at the bottom where the were spreading out)in case of root rot.
idk if that was the real reason, but last time i posted about this people said it was drowning? because my medium is soil... and thas what im using for the hydroponics, at the time it was soaked. since then i tranplanted it into dry soil.
Also the tips of some of the leaves were turning black (i trimmed it off).

could it be that there just like this cause i trimmed some main roots? and it'l be fine when some grow back?

anyone have some ideas?
