Making the call based on that picture would be silly. You need to judge the whole plant. Once the whole plant is showing the major signs of maturity, then check out the trichomes on the BUDS at various points around the plant.
Yes that picture has a few amber trichomes. But it also clearly has a bunch of damaged trichomes with no heads on them, so that amber is also likely from damage not actually maturity.
I'm not saying it isn't ready btw. I'm saying we need to see more. Whole bud pictures are best, so we can observe them for the signs or maturity.
