Any ideas about the best and easiest way?

So I've got a plant that I had rooted in hydronuts in a 16 oz disposable cup that is doing really well. I planted her in there because it was an extra seed that had cracked and I couldn't bear to get rid of it.

I'm glad I didn't. I have 6 others in net baskets and one isn't doing so well so I want to transplant the healthy girl from the 16 oz plastic cup into the net basket.

Does anyone have any experience transplanting from hydronuts to hydronuts in a different container? What's the best, least stressful (for the plant) way to do it?

Well. . . since nobody had any suggestions I just went ahead and did it how I thought best. So far so good.

I just took a big bowl and dumped out the hydrocorals into it from the little plant in the net pot and replanted her into a 16oz cup and then did the same thing with the healthier one in the 16 oz cup into the net pot.

Hope they stay healthy and take well without a lot of stress.
