I didn't spray anything. It's not on all plants or all leaves of even 1 plant yet.
I'm running tap water, would I still need Cal/mag?

Some people seem to think it's thrips.
Spinosad for foliar and soil drench 2 times over 14 days they said was the fix. Be sure to spray under leaves and stems.
