Any one here prefer mixing promix with soil or ?

Im running promix in DTW 20 gal tubs and wonder if anybody here has likes to cut the promix with soil or somthing else...I ve done ok with pure PM but am looking for any advice on the subject as im filling tubs today...Preferably somthing cheap

2 part promix
1 part Amend(rice hulls)
1 part recycled soil
1 part perlite #3
...after everything gets mixed i usually end up with 100 gal of soil from a single bale of Promix.
-Amend I get from Walmart is about $8 a bag
-Perlite #3 from homedepot for about $5 a bag

Don't forget to throw in some dolomite lime.

Torch: does this mean more feeds per week>how often do you water or feed?
polo:Ive never used dolomite lime in PM can you explain a bit about the advantage of using this and at what rrate its should be used (im using 20 gal bins)

Ya the PM is buffered already I believe, & the Amend has lime in it too...
I use this mix for seeds/clones/transplants, etc...
Every 3rd day I either feed or water- depends how quick the pots dry out.
I finish in 10 gal pots & sometimes depending on the weather I have to water every day... I don't use my finger to check for moisture- usually jam my whole hand in the soil if I can't tell by lifting the pots.
