any safe pesticide for clones?

I cut some clones n it looks like I mite have a bug problem with them. Tiny little holes appearing on the leaves with slight yellowing. This is also appearing on my other plants that I have in the cabinet. Would neem oil be safe to try on the clones? Thanks

When I cut my clones, I soak them in a bath of Azamax

If I buy clones from a club, I put them in a veg box with a "Hot-Shot No-Pest Strip" for a week, then take it out.

Now I have bug free clones.

Yeah, hot shots are the shit too. I have them in each room of my grow. Good one there +rep

Neem is fine on clones.
