Any thoughts on trich development? First grow...

To me they look good. From the photo they seem to be milky which from what I've been told and read when most are milky it's the right time to harvest. Google images of tricks when they are ready and you will see what I mean. Someone might pop a comparison chart of different stages of trichs up but it's not something I have on me

A whole plant picture would help, I don't think she is done. A couple shots of colas and or the whole thing will give us a better idea.
