Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? I tend to over water but was wondering if it could be something else like nutrient or ph issues. Please and thanks

Definitely looks like overwatering, you even said it yourself, but without more detailed info hard to tell for anything else.

I would recommend moving the dirt around the first 1 inch in the top of the pots if you can, help some oxygen get into the root area. If temps are low try to up them a bit and point a small fan at the base of the pots to help with air circulation and evaporation around the soil, should help them dry up quicker and not be wet for too long. I find watering slower also helps.
 
As everyone else said, they are getting watered way to often. If they are in a soil / soilless mix, you have to pretty much let them dry out before fully saturating them again.
