Any Tips, suggestions or comments would be appreciated

The plant is around a month old and I was just wondering if you guys could tell how it's going and what sex plus problems there might be, thank's a lot.

Kinda small fotr a month old plant, has to get bigger before sexing.

It looks like it can use a tiny bit of food if you haven't given it any yet. Do you mites? In the full plant pictures there are tiny black spots on the leaves when you zoom in and what looks to be either a tiny piece of a web or a hair hanging off one of the leaves. It looks healthy but just figure out what those unknown black spots are.
